Have you done a leak down or compression check on #6 yet? I'm trying to understand how one cylinder can be that different.

Compression is 135 on 6 and 8, 155 on 5 and 7. the plug on #7 looks like the plug on #6. Probably a head gasket and who knows what else. Time to pull the engine again.

You may want to have the fuel injectors cleaned and flow matched while it's apart.
