Concerns

hey guys i dont have my Lightning yet but my dealer close to me has a black one and this other dealership about 20 miles has a silver one with 17 miles on it. Anyway im concerned because the dealer of the silver L offered me 1,000 bucks off the price so im wondering why there doing this could there be something wrong with it? Anyway I want the black one but it has 40 miles on it and im not that crazy about that because when people test drive these type of trucks you know there gonna beat it up. So im leaning towards the silver one because the dealer said it has only 17 factory miles on it. Anyone help me out and tell me what i should do? And when u guys took delivery of your trucks how many miles were on it NEW?

Well 1k off it is very nice, plus 17 miles as apposed to 40 may be better since you want to make sure it has no abuse or at least as little as possible.

So I'd say the silver is the better deal, plus silver is easier to keep clean.

disclaimer - I am in no way biased towards silver

dood, 1k drop in price is great, and everyone knows silver is the fastest! Test driveit and if it seems alright, then get it. 40 miles is nothing, and I am willing to bet the truck is fine. Besides if something does turn out seriously wrong, well it will be under factory warranty.

just think, is 1000 dollars worth the color? it depends how important it is. but also, that silver was also most probabley test driven, plus the other miles on it. course, i love black.

ooops, wait, i can't read, i thought you didnt want to black one. Never mind, dont settle for silver if you want black. Keep looking around if you don't feel it a good deal, you will find one.
