1st: the case was resolved in Jan. of '02. It was filed in August of '00. The google search you found was this page:

which is extremely outdated and no longer in service (notice that's why I gave a "cached" version of it).
The case is OVER. Superchips lost.
2nd: PDQ is NOT Diablo. Diablo is a division of Programa. PDQ is just their Master Distributor.
