exhaust back pressure "gurgling" help

I have flowmaster mufflers on my 2000 Lightning. The truck performs great, but I notice that if I am going above 45 miles/hour, and I let off the gas, I get a "gurgling" noise (back pressure??). Does anyone else have this problem? I find it a bit iritating. Thanks for any help.

That's normal actually, even the stock exhaust does it noticeably as well, and a performance exhaust is only going to make it that much more noticeable.

Thumbs up

God I love that sound. The catback only adds to it

brrrraaaapppp vvvv blug vvvvv blug blug blug

Haha.

Ok so maybe it's not a "blug" so much as a "puhp"

A chip will really add to the backfire as it advances your timing curve significantly.

I was wondering if all other lightnings made that noise when you let off the gas at high revs..Wonder how cool it sounds to the person you're cruising next to...To me it sounds like Bass from a box with woofers BOOM BOOM BOOM bah BOOM BOOM I love that sound
