I want to change my exhaust and I wanted to see what the Gen 1's looked like. Does anyone have any pics. I have seen a few, and some have a single tip exitting before the rear wheel and some have it exitting after. What is it supposed to be? Thanks

I have the same exact 442 as you. Its a '71 Convertible, with the 455 BB. Do you know anyone who is interested in buying one? It is in near perfect condition. It was my uncle's who passed away, and it was left to his father (my grandfather). For now its mine till I can find someone to buy it. If you know anyone interested let me know...

How much are you willing to sell it for? And until you can find someone to sell it to, enjoy it. there is nothing like a huge engine like that. I love lighting up the tires at will. Especially cool when I'm goin 40 and throw it into 1st and punch it and lay 15 feet of rubber. Gotta love that.
BTW how does it stack up to your L? I've beaten 2 Gen 2s, but they gave me a run for my money LOL. I love that whine!!!!
