Question JLP or JDM traction bars?

Im not trying to start a flame war and Ive done research on both vendors, I know the price difference for JDM's traction bars are due to a beefed up bracket system. For those of you who are running them or have seen the difference between the two, which would you prefer? If I plan to only get the L into the 12's one day, would I need the beefed up brackets or I guess the better question, is the JLP brackets weak? Sorry if this starts a war, but in Hawaii no one has them yet, and its hard to tell by just looking at pictures off the web.

i have the jdm bars but i hate the way they look under the truck like from the side a few feet away you can see the big gold brackets. the do bottom out occasionally on steep drop offs. if i had it to do all over i would go with psp cal tracs. but thats just my opinion.

Sorry didnt mean to leave you out, but I dont want any added noise coming from the back end, and I do haul some heavy material( concrete bags) for work, I've heard that I may not want to consider the truck tracks or caltracks if thats the case. Sorry Sal didnt mean to leave your products out

It's ok, I understand.

The Truck Traks do not make noise because the snubber only contacts the spring on hard launch, plus it's rubber. Just something to consider.

I use a pinion snubber and spring clamps. Works good for me. Less than 200.00 for the whole bunch.

Alright SVTRobG, you've got my attention, is that your newly designed traction bars, and if so when will the be in production, and any idea how many dead presidents' it may cost?

Sal, on the truck tracks, how hard is it too adjust say if Im carrying something heavy, and I guess the only other thing Id be worried about is I heard how sometimes they might hookup but after so many feet they release and you lose that planting power, any thoughts on that rumor?

BTW, Rusty are you saying that your JDM's also rattle, not sure if you were joking or being serious. I thought one of there may selling points was the length and the fact that the urethanes dont rattle.

So he installed the upper link below the axle? I thought they were designed to go above the axle. Sorry for my stupidity

mortis, no i wasnt kidding they are loud rattle too. if you are riding and hit a hard bump when the suspension hits it has a clang! but i believe they came up with something new to keep that from happening but mine sure do rattle.
