what options were available on the 2000 L

I am getting ready to buy a 2000 L and i am trying to educate myself on all aspects of the trucks

I'm pretty sure its 3 things.
CD Changer
Tonneau Cover
and Towing Package?

Sorry if im incorrect but hope this helps.

Soft-coveres were not available from the dealer in 2000 althoug they were the only "option". There was some manufacturing problem at the time.

Other 2000 differences:
* No sunglasses hole under ingition area.
* Extended roof console with sunglasses holder/garage holder.
* Newer wiring harnesses (allows addition of remote key easier and allows fog-light modification easier)
* Rear window only comes tinted.

I think thats it.

they asked me if i wanted a soft cover with mine.. i said no.

asked them what the other options were.. they said "red, black, white, or silver" hehe

Sunglass holder under sterring column

For the 2000 Lariat, can previous years parts, ie - sunglass holder under sterring column, be used on the 2000 SuperCab? I really used to love that little storage in my 96 F150!

That's it... although, you're probably not gonna find a L w/out a CD Changer.

The ONLY option was the soft tonneau cover....that and color.

I guess mine is fully loaded...as I got the soft cover (and like it a lot).

Tow package, CD and bed cover were the three options for 99. Only one option for 00 and that's the bed cover, as previously mentioned.
