How do I remove the front bumper cover?

My bumper cover got scratched up pretty good and I need to get it off to have it painted. The body shop wants to charge 2 hours labor for the removal and reinstall of the cover and I don't feel like paying the extra 75 bucks Any help and tips is greatly appreciated.

Undo the upper two black sheetmetal screws in the front corner wheel well (7mm?). Then on each side there are two silver small screws on the top of the brackets that hold the foglight assemblies (8mm).Then you see the long thin brackets with 10mm bolts. There are four hidden black plastic tabs dead center in the bumper, you might need an inspection mirror to see them. I had to remove the radiator support cover and go down through the top. They are the center pull type insert. Undo the 5 center pull tabs at the bottom of the bumper. Oh and dont forget to unplug the foglights and remove the tab that holds the wiring harness to the bumper. It only took me about 45 minutes with help. Going back on is almost as easy. Just make sure the 4 middle clips clear the metal bumper support. Good Luck.
