Mac Exhaust Installed!

Just installed mac's new exhaust on the lightning. Took me about 45 minutes without a lift. Fit is excellent and sounds bad azz! For the money you cant beat it. Nice big shinny tips to. I would reccomend this kit to anyone.

He should be running way more than 16 Lb's. Mine was running 9 stock, up to 12 with just a hi flow ram air filter, then with the Upper Pulley, Chip, and By-Pass it took me to every bit of 13-15 Lb's of Boost. My guess is he's up around 20+.

Where are you getting these reading? If its the stock gauge, they are somewhat optimistic in its reading

Hey, did you make sure you tightened the bolts. These exhausts are known to fall off when you install them half drunk at 3 in the morning.

i have # 8 lower and a # 2 upper on my 99 and it is stock also.
mine shows about 17 pds of boost on the gauge. i think the upper may be good for about 1 pound.

you might think that but do you realize that a 8lb lower is much larger then a stock lower that the 2lb upper is rated for?

So you running about a 4 to 5 lb upper with that larger of a lower pulley.
