Selling Vehicles...
Hey, I'm getting a Lightning soon and need to unload my GT.
Two months ago I put an ad in the paper to sell my '96 Thunderbird when I bought my F150 HD Edition... in two weeks I recieved THREE calls (on a $100 add). Luckly the second call bought it-- but I think I may have been lucky...
So what/where is the prefered place to sell used vehicles now a days?
Thanks!

The preferred place is wherever the person that buys it sees it.
Unfortunately, nobody is buying much right now. I've been trying to sell my Jeep for 2 months now ... below book ... and still haven't sold the damn thing. It's very frustrating. Good luck with yours. My Jeep is listed in the paper, autotraderonline, and damn near every car forum I can think to list it on. :-/
Best of luck,

You arent lying, I was selling my gf's 98 contour for her and i ran a month ad in a local auto trader magazine that is very popular around here. Never got the first call on it the whole time. It sat in the front yard with signs on it for 3 months, then my neighbor finally bought it for his mother. I couldnt believe it took so long.
