Talking

No one can help you.
Everyone who figured it out is dead because they weren't wearing their seatbelt.

The instructions are in your owner's manual. I don't remember off the top of my head... Something about turn the key to run, buckle the seat belt and unbuckle it 3 times, turn you lights on and off (do all this in like 5 sec.) and the ringing should stop. Check the manual to make sure the process is right though.

It's in your owners manual. If you dont have that I can try to explain it to you later but its a P.I.T.A. Its something like turn your key to the on (dont start the engine) position wait for 2 minutes till the seatbelt light goes out, then plug and unplug the belt 3 times, after that turn the headlights on and off then plug and unplug the seatbelt 3 more times, and that should do it. The seatbelt light is supposed to flash fast a few times to tell you its disabled.

Go here it is crazy stuff they are telling the truth its like turn this off but not before you do this then do that and by the way you only have 2 seconds to complete or you do it all over again the over all process looked to me a while ago to take a while. So i said screw it and buckle up =]

Later.....

Yeah if you think thats crazy just don't ever loose one of your keys or you'll look like clown trying to program a new one!

You can also just push in the release button everytime and that will stop it from beeping until you start your truck up again.

Thumbs up Easy way..

When you get in your truck, start it up then push the red seatbelt button as if you are unclipping the seat belt(even though its not clipped in.) Simple...works for me every time. But its still better just to buckle up.
Later.
P.S. Or you can do what RTKILLA said...lol...same thing.

Do the trick (took me 2 tries) then the beeping goes away, and if you are a safety nut, wear a seat belt...

The process is in the owners manual... there is also a process to turn off the auto-locking feature if you so desire...

I hate the seat belts on Fords... they lock up on acceleration too easily... then I get squished to the seat and have to compress my rib cage to unlock the belt...

Not too mention you can't partially lock them out a few millimeters
to give some breathing room, like Chevy and other GM's ...

Man, it took me literally 35 minutes to cut off that chime. Im surprised Fords manual didnt say " grab your nuts 3 times and honk "

Very annoying chime though.

93Cobra maybe you can answer me this Question why is it that when you fly on the medivac style helicopters they only give you a 10¢ pin when you pay so much to actually fly in it?

Just curious
