Ate Me a Saleen :D

I dont usually brag about wins but this one is worth talking about. I went to the street races around my area in california and there was a white Saleen S-281 Supercharged with every option they could have on it. He was a nice older guy and approached me and asked if i would like to race for fun. I jumped at the offer and we rolled to the nearest street that was long enough for both of us to race. The race started out with him calling it and no one flagging us to go so natrually he had the jump on me he spun a little bit and i spun my tires, once i caught and hit full boost it was all over 15lbs and 130mph later that saleen was a mere image in my rear view about 2 car lengths back, i have a video of it with a friend of mine i will see if i can upoad it once i can edit the license plates out .

Good kill! I know you've heard this before, but be careful on the street.

Yea, why are you using a turbo timer?

Nice kill man... just be careful on the street. I'd hate to see the the EMTs scraping a L brother off the road. But hey, to each his own!

i gotta say i am all about the street. there is something about it. its like there is a lot more adrenaline in a street race. you can just go all out without having to worry about running out of track.

Nothing wrong with street racing, as long as you maintain control of the vehicle. Street racing gets your adrenaline going BIG TIME, its quite a rush.

So at 130 MPH, the only factor involved with avoiding an accident and killing yourself and an innocent civilian is maintaining control of your vehicle? The only place anywhere near those speeds are acceptable is on a track. Maybe after an accident and getting hurt, you will realize that!

Rhino, I completely agree with you! We'll see them on the 11 o'clock news one day, L busted up and head splattered on the windshield.

Iam glad my street racing days are almost behind me! As you get older you get wiser. They say two things happen to you when you get old. The first is your memory goes bad and the second thing is.................chit..........I can't remember

The VIDEO will be ready THURSDAY!

My friend put it in MPEG FORMAT and it will be hosted tomorrow off my friends FTP, all license plates were blurred out :P

The turbo timer gave my truck some extra time to cool down if i pushed it hard, the cool thing about it was the car would still be running once i shut it off and it would even allow my car alarm to be armed. I traded it with my friend who just upgraded his 2002 Subaru WRX with a front mount to a larger turbo, trust me he needed that Turbo Timer once he saw the nice cherry glow after runnin it hard like a moron :P
