Question Quick JDM ?

For you guys out there running JDM Superchip in your 01 L's...do they sit flush against the pcm box or is there about a 1/8th inch gap in between the blue of the chip and the computer itself....All replies are thanked in advance.....

01 L

Mine had a little gap. Make sure you duct tape the chip to the computer so it doesn't wobble or become loose.

There's a gap...(a small one, but a gap for sure) just make sure it's seated firmly and tape it from the sides and over the top so it doesn't come loose.

Be sure you pull the PCM out to install it... it's too tough to tape it correctly with it in the truck...

Variances in the PCM cause different spacing.... Mine
is totally flush and fits great ....

Make sure you bend the bracket, and tape the chip in

I didn't have to bend anything for mine.
