JDM should be getting the new blowers in or should at least be close enough to really have a good idea of the date when they'll arrive. SO, any update? Anyone have a pic yet?

Yup, it was closed about 6 weeks ago and Mike said the blowers would be in in about 6 weeks...

Who knows ...But I'll be in Bristol this weekend with Jim and the gang so I'll corner him!!! It doesn't look good as of now, maybe you should think about giving Sal a call at PowerSurgePerformance!!! They already have their new blowers out!!!!

 

I'll be in Bristol this weekend also. I'd like to see some of those blowers put down some serious #'s.

JDM will have the blowers. When? When he gets them. It's not his fault that they are not out at this time. Some like to bash JDM daily on this site. Jim has worked his *** off to get these blowers for us. He knows you guys want more kick at the strip. Call him up and find out for yourself. A crapload of money is involved here. The blowers don't appear out of nowhere. Alot of time a b/s to get them to us. RELAX!

 

Nicely said. Good things come to those who wait anyway. Trust me after meeting Jim in person you can really see how much B.S. is on these boards.

 

Looks to me like the guy brings alot of it upon himself. When you say something has been shipped, and it hasn't, that's called a lie.

 

I only know of my experience here; but, I met Jim at Norwalk last year and he re-burned my non-JDM chip with his program for a very low price and didn't blink to try and sell me one of his chips. I just had it reburned with his latest program and didn't send him near enough to ship it back. Did he demand the rest of the money before he would send my chip??? No, he sent the chip back to me with a note to send the rest. I have other vendor's stuff as well as Jims. Personally, and that's all the really matters to me, I would not hesitate do deal with him in the future.

You have obviously not met the man! You're just listening to the gossip. There is alot of 12 year old girls on this site when it comes to JDM. If you meet the guy you'll see that he's not only die hard Ford he double nuts over L's. I met the guy once and he showed me tons of crap for our trucks and fed me tons of information. Talked to me like he knew me for years. I was very impressed with the whole operation. You guys make it sound like he's the only one who works there. Obviously he is profiting from his business but everybody always forgets one thing. He works his *** off to get us the stuff for our trucks so we can go fast. Yet some act like a spoiled brat because you may have to wait a while to get the parts you have to have right now. The best is when people get pissed because JDM doesn't answer e-mails. Call the shop and get the info over the phone. If any of these tuners can sit on the internet all day and answer e-mails, he might as well be selling cheeseburgers. I don't know Jim from Adam, all i know is when i was at JDM i learned they know a hell of alot about the L. And bent over backwards for me and the other 3 guys who were there. No gossip! Just the truth.

I don't think many people doubt Jim's knowledge. It's just his business organization that's a bit lacking. If you understand that from the beginning (and that tomorrow means within a month), you'll be quite happy with the end product.
