While Electric fan and "Cobra R water pump are great for cooling motor between rounds, no et improvement. You will be lucky to see HP improvement. Late model 4.6 Mustang GT or Cobra water pump is what you want, your pulley will fit fit. Think R is a way to charge more for the pump. Both have anti-cavitation impeller.

Throttle body is another low HP return investment.
