Tell her what to drive!

There is no way in hell that some low life DA can tell you what type of vehicle to drive!! This is the USA, not Russia! She has her head stuck up here *** so far she can't see the real world. People like her should not be allowed to have any job that involves decision making. Remind her that this is a free country and you will drive the type of car that you want to. Sorry for the rant, but this is not right! Skip

i know a guy that was going 180 down i-5, but when the cop tried to get him he kept going.

he lost his license for 3 years and had to pay a big fine, no jail.

but he also ran from the cops.

personaly i would sell the truck because you know they are going to take your license anyway.

save up your money and when you get your license back buy a new L : )

very true,, also part it out before selling,, you'll make more dough that way,, or you can save you mods for when you buy a new one and put them on again. If your lisence taken is iminent, and you need to sell the L,, you will be suprised how much money you will save without having a truck/car,,, and you will love it all that much more when you buy it back.. Also,, whats the point of having an L if you dont have a lisence to drive it. might as well get rid of it before lisence goes bye bye so that way you can make ways with what you have.

Skip, are you saying that you got a ticket, and the DA wants to prosecute you and eliminate your Lightning driving priviledge.

She cannot make this decision. It will be made by a jury of your peers. Get yourself a good lawyer.

Generally they direct people to do this and in return they won't prosecute to the fullest extent. Instead of taking his license, they may suspend it for 30 days and have him do community service or something.

In my opinion ,sell the L.....get the adjudication and then do your probation and but it back. Perhaps sell it to a friend, family member etc and use another car as a daily.

Either way...best of luck.
