Need Part # for Black Plastic Cover on Computer Module

Took out the chip b/c I'm taking my truck in for service & of course I misplaced the plastic cover that goes on the computer unit. Anyone know where I can get one or if there is a part # for it?

Just went to look for mine, the number is on the back, I think. Couldn't find it. So if no one posted the # when I get home this afternoon, I'll look again
