Maybe most of us missed what your refering to. Reguarding ford history what parts should we pay special attention to?

Name all the parts he designed for our trucks. Should be a very long list since he pretty much designed our trucks. Considering he doesnt even put his inventory on the computers, he must have a HUGE offsite storage facility for all the design plans, prototypes, ect used for building our trucks...

Sorry I really am not trying to rag on ya =) (even though it appears that way)

02maybe,

You are absolutly correct except that sal and others sell them for less than those 'chains' best price i could find on IT20's 5 months ago was 12.50$ a plug. sal has them for 11.25 a plug. So please shop around, I did, and he still was the cheapest.

You sir, owe me a new pair of shorts, a new key board, a new pair of socks and Nikes, a new pair of slacks, one corvette style executive seat, and a rug cleaning.

What i meant was not what i typed. JDM has been tuning Ford for a long time and seems to have an excellent handle on our trucks. From what i saw at the shop when i had my install is a ton of hours in tuning specific and different programs. I meant he has totally redesigned the way my truck thinks and acts. It's the same truck but has totally different manners on the street. Fast yet smooth as hell for the daily grind. It seems some of you guys cry like little babies when your orders are late or have not been sent when you were told or thought it would. So what! I know your frustrated and i would be too. If i was mad enough to post an angry thread i would already have called another tuner and got their stuff. Hopefully their customer service gets better in the future. JDM and all the other tuners are here for the L community and are busier than hell to make our trucks faster. If they can't give you info on your order and you feel screwed over go somewhere else. If you think JDM's stuff is the best then obviously other people do too. You guys jumped all over me for giving a tuner some props. lighten up a little. Like i said before- tuff crowd!!!
Thanks, J-mart

TIAMAT?

Which part of Ford "history" are we talking about here? You
mean like when Jim worked for Ford?

Yes. When he worked for Ford. In my last post i probably sounded like i was bashing some people on this forum but i didn't mean to. Before i went to JDM i always heard people complaining about JDM's customer service. When i went i realized that everyone at this place is at full speed all the time. They make the silver bullitt in house. So when their stock runs low they have to spend alot of time to produce more. JDM doesn't just sell chips he designs them and they become reality. JDM makes this stuff for us. Yes he has his truck but he realizes there is tons of people who want insanely fast trucks. He does this for a profit but it's basically all for people he will probably never meet in their life. Some people ragged JDM about the infamous new blower coming out. There is a story about this blower and why it is not out yet. I found out about alot of things that i only heard about on these forums. When it came to tuning my truck he sat me down and explained all the different tunes he could do on my truck. He explained how to and not to drive my truck. What will hurt the motor, trans , and so on. He really is there for us because he loves Ford and what he does for a living. I hope all the other tuners feel the same way about their profession and customers. Thanks J-mart

All interesting stories told to me:

"When I (Jim) worked for Ford..."

"When I (Jim) was helping Ford on the design of the Lightning..."

"I am Mr. Fun Ford..." I thought Bill Alexander was?

or something...
