Thumbs up Great PSP service................

I got a phone call today from Sal asking about my mods(yes, I included a note) and a couple of issues as he started to do a reburn for me. He wanted to be sure he accomplished what my L needed. Lisa also called to be sure she had the correct address as she was Priority mailing it back.

Thanks to Sal & Lisa--great service!

These are the threads I like to see and read. I am glad that Sal and Lisa took great care of you. The one time that I dealt with PSP for an order it was with the same results that you had. Great service.

Sal is a great guy....

He has been good to me for sure. No problems at all.....

I have been lucky enuff to get great service from EVERYONE I have ordered from though....

Sal is a good man. Have never talked to lisa before but Im sure she is great to!

I have always had great service, and most of all honesty from Sal. I appreciate that he has knowledge, and true enthusiasm for our trucks.

I ordered some fuel pumps recentley and received them priority mail two days later..even though i told lisa i was in no hurry and that i just wanted to confirm they got the order as i ordered them through there site while they were away at an event.

As always "great service" and i can appreciate that.
Thanks Sal and Lisa.

ordered a #4 pulley more than a month ago and still havent got it.

Patient's is a gift, and usually brings great satisfaction. If there's anything to be learned from ordering parts online from any of the tuners we have it's patients. All have been backed up or short supplied and some even go on vacation . One thing is for sure, they are all we have and we need to take care of them. I have waited months, weeks, and sometimes only days to receive my order. But always was a very satisfied customer in the end.
Not trying to steal any of Sal's thunder, Lord knows I spent enough money with him he should name his 1st child after me.

Keep up the good work PSP!
