NOS - NOZsle System install

Here is a photo of our updated nitrous system, the NOSzle on the IC tank gets installed under the fuel injector for direct cylinder injection. The braided lines from above the distribution block go to a nozzle in the intake to help cool the charge.

Still have to put the injector NOSzles in and run the lines.

more updates in a day or so

YIKES YIKES YIKES!!!

Is that TEFLON TAPE I see there installed?

NO NO NO!!! NEVER USE THAT ON N20 FITTINGS!!!

Wanna talk about CLOGGING up! (take it from me, I learned the HARD way!)

Teflon Paste baby, paste!!! Read your NOS manual, as it states this in there too!

Teflon tape should not be used because it requires relatively more torque to properly seal. This could cause damage to the NOS fittings and nozzles. Teflon could also break loose and become lodged in the nitrous or fuel solenoids, or solenoid filters. This can cause engine damage or failure.

Other than that, BAD ***!!! WAY FRIGGIN' COOL!

Very nice. Looks to be the most efficient way to deliver the juice. Any clearance issues with the fuel rails? Looks like it would raise the injector height?

Hey Avdawg, looks sweet, keep us updated on the progress.

One word of caution though, keep an eye on those plastic lines. I know 3 people running the Noszle setup on the Mustangs, and all 3 have had to replace the lines several times so far from cracking. Might want to try to find something to replace them with.
