Heritage Mint

I've got a silver '99 that came from Bi-Lo Supermarket last fall. The box says Heritage Mint, but the truck is actually a Bburago. The fact that it was a 1/18 didn't even dawn on me until I got it home. Don't know if it will help, but the item no. on this one is 3345. Go to the store to get 'tater chips and come home with a toy truck. I worry myself sometimes

I don't know who Bburago has for sculptors but these people did a really crappy job on the Lightning

I got a red and black one from Bburago and the black one took forever for me to get. Then when i get it the black one came with chrome grills upper and lower, chrome sidesteps, and chrome rear bumper steps. When i say chrome they are painted the same silver as the rims instead of black like they should be. Sal told me thats why black was hard to find they stopped making them to correct that problem. So maybe i got a rare piece .

Seems like Burago is the only game in town.I'm glad just to get a diecast in the lightning. The one to get is the one I just found at Wally World...all yellow Lightning (very rare) Walmart seems to be the only place that had it.I already have the models in red, black and silver (rare also)

Clonetek--Where did you pick up(joke) that Anson smaller model? Are those the smaller l's that came in red and black as well a while back? BTW-keep your eyes peeled for that 1/32 scale yellow Burago. Its a beaut!
