Question Lightning Sightning?
Was driving down 896 about 8:45a.m. this morning and talked to a guy driving a 99 Black Lightning with what looked like a mystic flame job, custom hood, chrome SVT rims, ect..
Had New Jerzey tags

Just wondering if it was anyone on here?
