You may remember me as NIXSVT. I moved a few months back and changed web access and everything else. Along the way I lost my password. I emailed the moderator a few weeks ago and never got a reply back so I changed my user name.
Anyway, I went to All Ford Day @ Bandimere speedway here in Denver on Sunday and saw numerous Lightnings. I was surprised not to see anyone post about it here. I didn't get to race as I was a tow vehicle and pit member for my buddies Top Alchohol car. I didn't really get to speak to any of the other owners but there were alot of nice looking rides there. Anybody on here show up Sunday?
On a side note. The quickest Lightning I saw running there was running low 14's. Note that Bandimere is at 5800 ft above sea level. From racing for years I can tell you that you usually pick up just a little over a second from Bandimere to sea level tracks. I've only ever ran mine there once just for kicks when my race car broke and it ran a 14.5 with only 2700 miles on the clock.
