Lol, Dont blame that on weed brother. Everybody makes spelling mistakes. Especially with a long post like I wrote. I type too fast for my own good sometimes. I never said pot doesnt kill brain cells. Everything including beer does that. Oh, and you have, too,many,, commas,,,, in your,, sentence,,,,.!

 

So what happens when you do not give consent to have your car searched?

 

They pull the old " I smell dope or I smell booze" thing on you. The bottom line is they can search your car either way. They just have to have "just cause" which can be faked with the above statement. Its not like if you said "you dont smell anything" will deture that.(even though it did work once with a buddy of mine) Its always the cops word vs. yours. Which in most all cases the cop will win every time.
