Does anyone know what the length of the stock endlinks is? I happened to stop by Ramchargers today and they had a set of 3 1/4 in endlinks. I believe that was measured from the tops of the inner bushings. I'm wondering if they'll be to long for a 1.75" drop on the front end.

Im almost positive the stock endlink size is 4". So now you subtact your ACTUAL drop from the stock size and what you are left with is what size endlinks you need to buy.

The stock end links are 4 5/8 and the rear are 7 1/4. I'm in the middle of this also. I installed Eibach front springs which were supposed to give me a 1" drop and I got over 1.25 at the install 6 months ago. Now that they have settled they are down to 2". I have to call Eibach to inquire about this but it appears to be normal. Considering this, my front end links should be 2 5/8.

Thanks for the replies. I figured the stockers were about 4-4.5 inches. I think I'll pick up the 3.25in endlinks and give them a try.

If you got a 1.75" inch drop, the end links should be 2 5/8" to 2 7/8". When your suspension settles, you will end up with at least a 2" drop.

What kind of springs did you use?

Hi Daniel,
How do you like the Hotchkis and what have you used in conjunction with the sway bars?

What are the lenghts of the front and rear end links on the Hotchkis kit?
So many questions.

dionisio, I've got Eibach's installed. I haven't measured since putting them on, so they may in fact be even lower. I'll have to check.

Okay, changed the endlinks I first bought which were 1 5/8" to some 2 5/8'' . There is a more noticable change and it doesn't make sounds up front anymore.

Question

How do you like changing lanes now?

or dicing through traffic?

or better yet,

Long sweeping turns (especially left hand turns) like
freeway entrances that have long straights to accelerate into?

Tell me what you like best about how it feels now, or what it does better now than before.

WJ,
Well where can I start. It feels like a whole new beast. I can change lanes, slice through traffic with little or no bodyroll. I love those highspeed curves on the highway. I like everything about this quick change in endlinks. Only problem is with the rear ones, my L bottoms out more, so I might raise it a little more.

So my next plans are different shocks, stiffer springs up front due to rubbing, and a panhard bar. Maybe even some better sway bars . Oh yea, and some better tires, The GT2's suck.

Thanks for all your help J.
