Sorry I was a retard and didn't even think to look at those URLs =)..

Well truck is in and problem is noted soo hopefully they will find the problem. I too have the 'exhaust noise tick' as i'd call it. I thought it was an exhaust leak but they cannot find one.

The tranny came out yesturday and they found lots of problems with it. CLutch packs were bad, bearing bad, output shaft bad....

Thanks for the info
Brandon

Aint this a pisser! I take mine in for the passanger head oil leak, they put a new head and gasket on, now I have that !@#@$ ticking noise and a rough idle!!!! Ran great when I took it in, no noises, guess I should have just let it leak!

Brandon, good luck on the ticking noise and tranny. I hope for your sake it's as easy as just tightening down the plugs and not something worse. Take it easy on the retards too! We may have a few on the board who like Lightnings ya know!

Skank Dog, this may be good or bad news - but I don't think your problem is the same as mine. I didn't experience any engine running problems with the plug ticking. It felt strong up until the second it blew out of the head! I hope you get your problem sorted out quickly too... no one should have to suffer the loaner Contour like I did....
