Plug Gap

I have some Denso IT22's and I need to figure out the proper gap for my application.

I have a 4# pulley, 90mm conversion, oil breather, and chip. Thanks in advance guys.

I have heard anywhere from .040" to .044". Personaly, with out L we run ours at .040 with nitrous and 2# pulley.

I am going with the IT20's since they improved them ,with my 4# ,going by what LFP suggested , who knows IT22"s are probaly good also, was told 0.38 to 0.40 on the IT20's with cold air kit /superchip/4#er still waiting on denso shippment ,to mark so i can install the 3 mods together=chip /plugs and pulley, already have cold air and valvebody on. but then again i have a 01 L , if that makes a difference?
