The ILLNESS local chapter of the National Lightning Owners Club will be having their summer race event at Byron Dragway this upcoming Sunday June 16th.

All Lightning Lovers and owners are welcome to attend. Bracket races for our event will be limited to Lightning trucks, and support vehicles (Lloyd this means you).

If you don't want to race your truck, take your Lightning out for a nice drive to the country. Come to Byron to watch the races, and meet the rest of us. For this event we will have a trophy for the best appearring(non-racing)Lightning.
Of course, trophies will also be awarded to the race winner, and runner-up.

Please note:

there is some NASTY road construction on the east side of Indy if you take 465 around to 74 east

Best bet would be to stay on 65 through downtown then pick up 465 east on the southside (be careful of the ramp though) then head east over to 74

OBTW, watch out for Law Enforcement too...

Nah Joe it's not you. Someone was talking some smack awhile back but I forgot exactly who it was. I think allot of guys are lined up to try and take down the Hooter mobile

 

When are they going to finish that already! Last time I went down there it was all messed up.

I'm going to leave around 3:00 or so from my house so I should be passing through indy at about 5:00 to 5:30 in the morning on saturday so I hope its not going to be so bad. Wanna go for a ride speedy?, HEHEHEHEHEHHEHE.
