Hey guys,

Finally put some new shoes on my truck lastnight, and lemme say goodyear has a HELL of a price on them badboys right now. They wer 179$ each!!!! 44$ for mounting and balancing, 10$ for disposal. works out to $209 Installed! OH and they were nice enough to static balance them soo no more ugly wheel weights on the rim of the wheel!

FYI guys, Nitto's making a set of 555s in our size now, for those of you less than enamored with the Goodyears... I'm thinking that's what I'm going to replace my F1s with.

www.discounttiredirect has the nitto 555's for $206 apiece. That doesn't sound to bad for as good of a tire as people say they are. I am considering them myself.

I just got new Toyo S/T on mine and they look awesome with the the cool tread pattern and much quietier than the old F1's I had. But they did cost alittle more about $240 each. But the guy at Discount tires put them on for only $10 each for me. Also had new chrome rims done with they had the new tires put on. Got the chrome rims from Discount tires for only $150 each with swap out. Here is a pic of the new tires and rims:

the nitto 555 is only as good as the F1's,the 555R is what you want if you want a better hooking tire, which are not made in our size yet!!!

Just got the 555s for $204.00 each at my local Discount Tires. Better looking tire, in my opinion, with better ride and traction. They don't cut loose on the 1-2 shift as easily as the f1s did. I'm happy with them. I'm gonna have to see about that chrome switch out for $150.00 a wheel. Sounds like a deal to me.

Anyone around atlanta you can get the f1 for $150 pre tire plus mount/bal/disposal. Right near team ford in Marietta(i cant remember the name of the place but i could find out if anyones interested) This is the best price i have found yet in our area. At a savings of $29 per tire it might be worth a trip.

Blue 02 where were tires?

Big 10, surely not NTB, but who? They might, or even have distributor drop ship tires for out-of- town customers? Thanks for any info!
