Fog light bypass

New to the board, just picked up my 02 HD. Figured you guys have the most tech knowledge since the HD site is so new. Is there a way to run the fogs without the headlights being on? There was a simple fix on the cobras but this is a much different animal. Thanks.

I just did mine this weekend while I had the switch out for my new gauges. Did mine a little different, I found the wire that was hot when the switch is in the parking light selection. Then looked for the hot wire when the fog lamps were on. After doing this I put a jumper wire between the 2 wires. This makes the fog lights come on anytime the parking lights are turned on. I do not use it but for the people using the autolamps the way I did it the fogs will come on with the autolamp. Hope this helps, also if anyone is interested I will take some pics and get the colors of the wires that are to be used.

Color me interested. This is exactly what I want--foglights on all the time whenever the headlights are on. I have never in my life used the so-called "parking lights," but since they are on whenever the headlights are on (correct?), this would do the trick.

Thanks in advance,

TLS
