Unhappy Next step???

Well after paying for a BS warranty I finally decided to get the fog lights replaced. My first thing to get fixed under warranty. I went up to the local SVT dealer and the service manager told me that they were hit by rocks. Well we all know different. I tried to explain to him that I would have rock chips everywhere else not just on the lights. Well he called Ford and SVT. Both told him not to replace my lights under warranty. Then they tried to sell me new ones for $360. So my question is what should my next step be? Do I just go to another dealer, or call SVT. What are my options? (besides strangling the service rep.)

Those sound like the best options to me. I left mine cracked since it will happen again....

Mine have been crack since.... probably when I drove off the lot, about 13 months ago. It just looks like crap to have these clear headlights and some nasty fogs. I just can't figure how SVT or Ford hasn't made a recall or TSB for this yet.
What really gets me is I know of atleast two others have gone to the same dealer and had the fogs replaced under warranty. I'm going to curse Ford and SVT for the rest of the day until I get home from work and then call SVT and see what crap they feed me. Thanks Damon

ICULOKN-
Just be careful with leaving them like that. I left one of mine cracked and the glass completely fell out a few weeks ago. I got a replacement light to fix it, but when I tried to turn on the fogs to see if the bulb needed replacing, too, nothing happend. Looks like something got shorted somewhere... I'm just glad I didn't lose a tire when the glass came out of the light.

fwiw - I've had my 02 since February. I've never used them, but I have cleaned lots of dirt/sediment out of the area. The lenses are in perfect shape.
