Technically, that would make it a 2.5" upper. Smallest that can fit up there, according to MM&FF, is 2.57", which would be about a 3lb...
I'd love a 4lb upper to match my 6lb lower, though

Oh, and the Quarter-sized upper, and steering wheel-sized lower combo comes out to about 106lbs over stock. Darn right that thing would move, assuming you could keep everything cold and together!!
