Cops have them for a reason. While I do not agree with tinted window laws either, they are in affect for the cops protection. Put yourself in a cops shoes, most people don't roll there windows down when they get pulled over, if a cop can't see in the window the first thing they think of is there a weapon or not. Do you want to get your @ss shot b/c you didn't see a weapon through a tint?

And don't punch walls either, last time I did that I put my hand straight through to the other room . Wasn't fun fixing that.

bro, I know exactly how you feel!

do whatever makes you feel better, but the reality is that you're stuck with it and you should really consider going to court.

I got a ticket a last month for driving in the MALL parking lot, attempting to go from one side of the lot to the other, got pulled over by an unmarked cop car (my car looked a lot more like a police car than his did! mine still has the spot light)... the ***** told me I ran a stop sign, I declined that fact because I did stop, he told me that I didn't come to a complete stop and because I was arguing with him gave me a ticket for CARELESS DRIVING!!!

I went to court, the prosecutor was an even larger ***** than the Rookie Cop... he told me I don't care what the story is, the law allows me to drop your points (which I would have gotten, Careless Driving - $78 buck fine and 2 points) and give you a larger fine, while reducing the punishment to Unsafe Driving!

A lawyer would of cost me a lot more than $180 bux so I plead guilty to that, but if the lawyer would of gotten involved my ticket would of been thrown out, cause it was obsurd there was no evidence I didn't stop at a stop sign and I had 3 witnesses in my car that would of told the judge that the cop lied!

Lesson for me was to just be careful next time, and give the cop a PBA or an FOP card if you do get pulled over, it would of saved me a ticket in my situation, the most I deserved in my situation would of been a warning...

UGH!

Thumbs up

Punching walls can be effective and impressive so long as it's done safely.

1) 1/2" sheetrock
(avoid the 5/8" found in garages and some bathrooms)

2) while feinting despair and mental torture with forehead against target wall, scan for line of stud nails.

3) aim 8 inches right or left of stud nail line

4) use jabbing punch (do not 'follow through') the object is to create hole not engage whatever may occupy the cavity

5) you may repeat 16 inches right or left of your intial success.

6) throw head back and scream 'Stella !!!', for stunning visual effect.

Roll your windows down!

As soon as I put the truck in park with the blue/reds flahsing behind me I roll both windows down, which not only hides my tint, but also puts the officer at ease. I also be sure to keep both hand on the steering wheel where he can see em. I got out of 8 tickets (3 of which were 20+ over) just by talking with the officer and doing everything to make him feel like he's in-charge, and that I'm a lowly scum sucking... well, you get the idea... 4 of them I got a written warning... this was over the course of, oh man, 3 years...seems like 3 months, not 3 years. I'm getting old...sheesh

Didn't work for my 60 over ticket though... go figure... at least he didn't take my license... stupid backroad dark highways at 2am... getchya everytime... I'm positive he was sleeping, as I didn't see any traffic at all the whole 30 minutes I was on the road before I fewl past him on a straightaway... well, at least I learned my lesson... Court dat for this baby is next Monday...

just my life's story...
