Seems I have a pulley on the way. I am sort of happy, but at the same time bummed out. I just don't enjoy hastling people over stuff like this. All it would of taken to prevent it would of been an
HONEST appraisal of the situation and some realistic date of delivery. Even a "I dont know" would have worked. I had scheduled two appointments (300 miles away) with a guy to do my exhaust and pulley. Have had to cancel twice. This could of been prevented.

Amen Brotha! I totally agree.

Communication is paramount, no substitute for it and no excuse for not using it in the information age!!!

Bad news is always better than no news or wrong information. Communication is the key.

Thumbs up WOW!!!

Congratulations Mark!

I hope the board traffic on this subject these last few weeks has caused JDM to turn over a new leaf. Now if there was just some way I could forget the last two years of postings.

I wonder if all those people who have been waiting for those "hard to get" items could have picked them up at WFC5? From what I've read here in the last two days, several people purchased the same "hard to get" items over the counter @ WFC5. How is it JDM suddenly had stock on hand while at the same time he had orders to fill at home. For that matter PSP seemed to suddenly have stock on hand while others have been waiting. I guess the bottom line is it's their businesses, not mine. We all have our own drummers to follow.

We have a Vice President whose favorite slogan is "Communication is not the problem, it's the lack of..."

Man I get tired of hearing the truth.

Hey Larry, just FYI, we didn't bring any parts to sell at the event that would be taken away from pending orders when we got back. We did bring one each of several items for display only, and I refused to sell any display items since it would only be fair that that item go to a pending order when we got back.

Talking

If this is the case............and they did get 100 of them on Friday............and I can get a 2 day delivery............I'll be ordering one myself.

If I get the straight story.........and can get the service........I'll rave about them.

Time for an e-mail to Justin.

Hey Guys

I havent been waiting that long for my stuff from JDM but on the way to work this morning,Justin called me on my cell phone to assure me that my pullie would be shipped no latter than Friday. He also said that all the pending pullie orders should also be out by the end of the week.

I was not only supprised but also impressed that he called to give me a heads up. I thought that was great customer service.
