You described my plug change too only I didn't loose any coil bolts but it took me 4 1/2 hours and several bruises, etc.
spork: That's gonna have to be a very 'hungry' mechanic if he charges you only $30--good luck. There is a Ford mech here that does the change in 45 mins for $40 and I thought that was cheap.
