OK I am kind of upset. I am running a 2000 L with a JDM Flipchip and 2lb Pulley 90MM Mass and 12" Cone Filter. How fast should I be going with this setup? I am consistently running 13.2 to 13.4 I think this is slow considering I just changed my Spark Plugs(TR6) and Fuel filter. Truck was warm but not hot. What am I doing wrong getting frustrated.
