Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the Lightning the first truck ever on the cover of C & D when it first came out? They are total flocking idiots.

 

Sure....I bet they don't like the Lingenfelter Corvette blower upgrade because of the blower whine too. I don't like turbo's because of the hissing noise.....yea right.

 

Right after I got my L, I took a friend for a ride. I punched it and as we were hitting about 85 mph he yelled: "What's that whining noise!!!" and proceeded to tear the handgrip out of the headliner. No kidding.

He drives a brand new Tundra. Likes the "car-like ride".

Lesson: some folks just don't get it.
