Ford Financing

I saw a commercial last night saying Ford was offering $3500 or 0.9% does anyone know if this would apply to Ls as well. Couldn't read the fine print. Thanks!

As far as i can see on the site. The F150 has $2500 back or 0.9/2.9/3.9 for 36/48/60 or $1000 back and 2.9/5.9/6.9. This excludes SCrews and L's. SCrews have a different deal, and they don't even list L's as choice.

I heard that deal you mentioned somewhere, but on ford.com, nothing mentions that deal.

When I called Ford Credit and SVT they said They are not and will not in the forseeable future offer special financing deals on SVT vehicles.

Sometimes, the dealer can make special deals... but I was only able to get 11.9% on my Lightning, for 72 months. (ouch). It goes without saying that you're better off finding somone else for your financing.

Got 6.9% from Ford Credit on my 01L. This was BEFORE 9/11 too, so I guess I can't complain!

Ford Credit has the U.S. divided up into Zones,So what is available here may not be in Fla.
Typically they don't EVER offer rebates or subvented APR's on SVT or Harley vehicles. They some times will offer an APR for last years model to help get rid of them.
6.9 x 60 is not that hard to do.FMCC's BEST level-0 rate out here is 7.2%.I can easily negotiate that to 6.9% for someone with great credit.
I got 5.15% x 60 thru Chase last mo. when I got my '02.
Hope this helps!!-Dave.

Lightningquick,
I your dealer gave you X-Plan and then added .55% I would be down there demanding that they change it back! X-Plan + .55% is NOT X-Plan! If they really did that go try to get them to fix it and if they won't remind them about the survey that Ford will be mailing you about the sale/dealership experience! The dealerships really like to get "10's" on those things!!!

Ford Credit told me they offered the special financing on all Fords after 9-11, but shortly after they excluded the SVT models.

Some people on this board were able to take advantage of it at the time.

Last month Ford Credit told me they will not be doing any incentives on SVT models.

I am with MiamiWhiteSVT-L. I bought a 2001, last November and got x-plan pricing and .9% for 48 months, through Ford Credit.

I think the availability of these offers has much to do with ones credit rating.

When I bought my HD in Dec 00, I got 4.9% throught Ford Credit. And trust me my credit rating was NOT good at all! I should be in better standing now :-)

Guess I won't bitch about D plan and 0.9 x 48 months, first payment $550, total interest on loan $480 that was back in Oct of 01. If you are patient I bet it comes back in Oct of 02, might have to snag a Mach 1 to keep the L company then.
