I have nothing but opinion on whether they made money on my financing or not.Its weird.Ususally ford does 6.9/7.9/8.9/9.90.9/1.9 stuff like that.

Ive never heard Ford having a 9.55 rate.But thats what my dealer gave me.He said because of my Debt/income ratio I was approved at level 2 instaead of 1(yes I know level 0 is the best)Ive never got it and probally never will.This is just funny thats all.

Personally I think I was approved at level 1 at 8.9 and they bumped me to 9.55 and told me it was level 2,Who knows.I dont care,I love my lightning if it was sticker at 13.9% LOL No sense bitchen now,already signed....

 

In October of 01' I bought my L', 2.9 percent for 60 months, by far the best deal I have ever gotten on Ford Financing which is the reason I bought the truck then.

 

I bought my Lightning 2 weeks ago, and I got 0.00% financing for 60 months, thanks to John Nolan Ford. I got my Lightning, after Ford bought my 01 Cobra back because it was such a lemon. Just for the record, I bought my Cobra several weeks after 9/11 and also had 0% financing on it! Unfortunately, SVT vehicles are excluded from any special incentives or financing offers now, and I can't even wonder what my dealer pulled to get me 0% financing on my 02 Lightning.

 

I got 5% thru my credit union on my used L for 60 mo. New and used rates are the same now....around 5.75% for 60 mo.

 

Try peoplefirst on the internet. I got a loan from them in about 20 minutes. They have very good rates mine is 5.88% for 60 months.Received my check 2 days later which is good for 45 days. So you can shop around for the best price on your L. Going to pick mine up next thursday a brand spanky new white one. I can't wait......... Dennis
