NO dual sunvisors here!

 

dual sunvisors, in dash little cubby hole, and wheel locks for me.

 

I have dual mirror/ lighted sun visors also..but definately different window switches and no cubby hole for sun glasses
I also have wheel locks, also the rear view mirrors have the turn signal on the outer rim not the mirror itslef like (expeditions)

I don't care about these differences but it is wierd that they did this. I wonder why, they must be low on parts or too many of some ...lol

My 02 was built in Jan:

no separate sun visor
no cubby hole (which I miss; my '97 has one)
"D" shaped grab handles
locking lug nuts (I installed)
keypad on drvr's door
O/H console w/compass-temp-sunglasses-garage door bays
SVT on supercharger (not Eaton)
round-end window and doorlock bittons

Looked under mine this weekend: tag on gas tank said: 01 Lightning!

 

sounds like somebody at the factory got consfused or something. Arent they all supposed to be the same?

 

Its a parts truck as most Fords are, so there may be minor differences.

Um, I don't know what you guys have in your dash, but my -2000- has a GREEN cruise light when my Cruise is controlling the car.

Also, you don't have to turn back to off to get teh diagnostic mode for the dash. Just hold the trip button down and start the truck and keep holding it until the gauge test starts.

The speedo is labeled as "ENG" which is for English untis... There is also RPM... most of the other codes are pretty useless.

I've been thinking of springing for the dual-visors.
