I just got a humming noise around the front Drivers side. I can hear it in the cab but i cant figure out what it is. It's raining here for the next couple days so it will have to wait to figure out. I will have to drive the mustang for a few days. It doesnt make the noise at startup it shows up a minute or 2 later sounds almost like an electric hum maybe. If you guys have any ideas it would help before i start taking it apart. My sig shows my mods

 

Tell her to get off of you. Its not safe to drive and......well you know

just kidding. Maybe its your intercooler pump. It doesn't turn on right away when you start your truck.

All I can think of is the power steering..Others have had a 'noise' from the pump but I don't remember if it was described as a 'hum'???

my guages have always made a humming sound... i assume that its the transformer for the indiglo stuff...
