need help with my pc,when i try to open up an attachment like here on the message boards all i get is an empty window.any help would be great tks

 

Instead of clicking on the attachment and having it open up automatically, try right clicking and "save target as". Once you save it on your hard drive, you then have more flexibility to choose what program will open the attachment.

 

thanks rhino tried that don't work, keep getting a void.any more ideas on this
