I was driving back to my house today just doing my own thing...when this car full of people pull up next to me, everyone was lookin at my truck and I thought well, hey they just like my truck. So anyway, the light turns green and this soma***** decides to throw some metal object at my truck. NOT ****ING COOL. Then they thought they were gonna out run a Lightning in a '95 accord LX.......wrong answer there honey. I got the tag number and all that can anyone run it for me? I need an address.

I did file a report... but I uh wanted to "handle" matters myself. Damn guy acted like a little girl after he threw it, hiding in the back seat and wouldn't get outta the car...

I'd let the police handle this. It'd more than likely back-fire on you and you'll be the one that gets aggrivated assault and he'll get off free since you beat his ***. It ain't worth it

I KNOW it's tough, but the other guy's here are right. You gotta let the fuzz handle this one. I think we've all had some kind of experience like this. The driver of the car is responsible for his passenger's actions, so if your vehicle was damaged, then the claim gets handled by the Accord drivers' insurance (IF he has any). Let HIM beat the little j_ck-off down.

Personally, though. . .I think it would be pretty damn funny to listen to the little guy in the back seat try to explain to his doctor how your shoe got LODGED so far up his a$$. I have no patience for random vandalism. It should be handled swiftly and with extreme and/or unnecessary force. Maybe then some of these p_icks would think twice before tossing a metallic object at another vehicle, and then hiding like a little b_tch.

Even if you did file a report and they did find the people - the police will do absolutely nothing. It will be your word against his. The best thing to do is to find out where he lives.

 

The police themselves said they won't do anything.... Where I live is a pretty small town and I will run in to them again, we will just leave it at that.

Doesnt happen as much down this way... far too many concealed weapons permits in FL... one of which is mine. People figure the person they are assaulting likely has a gun... and low self control.
