Up here in Maine where the real rednecks are from we all have big trucks and all kinds of weapons.
But I think just one hit with a pair of 8 oz+ SAP gloves should do the trick, and maybe one more on his way down just for good measures. When he wakes up he will have no idea what happened, and his friends will have to tell him that the guy with the Lightning stopped by. I doubt he will be looking to do anymore damage to anyones vehicles for a while.

hey this is the so called fuzz or Buford T. Justice and in Oklahoma it is a FELONY for someone to throw an object from a MOVING vehicle...however if the vehicle is stationary(i.e. like a red light or so it drops down to a misdemeanor only if the person had intent to vandalize your car). Now assaulting you is a diff. story too. If he is a freakin juvenile i would do what someone else said and contact his parents...if the police there are tellin u there is nothing they can do that is BS! I would call and speak to a supervisor at the PD and also check with your local District Attorneys office for some insight...
