Yeah, as soon as PMF is finished with their
warranty work ... <grin>

On another note, I called FORD SVT and they
FINALLY have my registration ... After what?
four months?

That means I should be getting a package
in the mail soon!!! <grin>

My last two visits were outstanding!

I went to the dealer to have the driving lights replaced, driver seat recovered due to wearing through a support brace and also had the radio assy replaced. While at the dealer, I ask the service manager to listen to an engine knock and check out a oil leak on the RH side of the engine. Well I was quite happy when I was told a NEW engine was ordered for my truck.

With no cost to me, (other than fuel) I was put in a vehicle until my truck was ready to go.

Within a weeks time, the engine arrived / installed and I was driving away with my beautiful Truck.....All of this was covered under warrantee!

The professionals at this West Texas SVT Dealer, treat the customer with impeccable care!!

Great experience with buying my L at pat milikin ford in redford michigan, but so far just so so with the repair shop. Nothing major to report and the people have been great, not so sure on the policy there though. In other words,,,, i hate being stuck in a ford escort that i have to pay taxes for to rent from enterprise.

CLiff,

Read the FAQ about the brakes, aparently the hard braking does cause it. Only way to cure it is to resurface the brake pads, or replace them, neither of which the dealer will cover under warranty, BUT with yours being new and under 12mo/12000 miles they should cover yours no problem.

Lemme know about cole, i hope the brief discussion i had with the guy there that works in their service center, tat owns a lightning, was misleading in reguards to how good he is.

I was over there picking up parts to fix my dads exploder (rear end bearing went out and took the entire pumpkin with it) and decided to walk back and talk to um about some of the problems.

His truck is unmodded, and the way he talked he is NOT a mod friendly tech. He really was not personable at all, pretty quite, and I asked about how long it took him to do an intercooler swap which sal says can be done by a pretty incompetant tech in under 2 hours, this dude says 4-5.

Thats about when i started losing faith, but as i said we will see. My truck will be there after june 1st for the tranny trouble, motor marbles, and all the other stuff man-o-war didn't even look at when i took it in with a list, and left for 3 days.

(and I would be the one that ended up with an unexplainable 125 miles on the truck, and they didn't even put gas in it!)

Tell me I just did not read you went to Man-O-War ford Well we all have to live and learn. You could have asked me about Cole, they are not modded friendly, just like most dealers. I just hope they are as good to you guys as they were to me, with my p!ssie a$$ V6er. My 2 cents.
