Setting up Metco Traction bars

I am running Nitto's and have a set of metco's, but they are not set up. What type of setup is everyone running?

I would call Metco and speak with Aaron Kincaid. He and his dad own the business and Aaron uses the links on his very quick L. H ewould know more about them than anyone.
