Stock ETs, and how many miles on the truck.

Hey All:

Pretty underwhelmed by my Lightning's stock ETs and mph.

Mine has 1600 miles on it.

2.0 60' time
13.97 ET
98 mph.

I am hoping that when they get more miles on them, they 'loosen up' and run faster.

Thanks for any replies.

Steve

What kind of 60' did you get, and what was the weather like?

Thanks

5000 miles
60' - 2.52
1/4 mi - 13.86 @ 102
Temp was about 80 degrees

This was my first ever run, so my inexperience has something to do with the less than impressive times. I think if I had launched better (crappy 60' time) I could have done a 13.5 or better in the quarter.

I think Dave Warnke got a 13.3, and he's up around your area. I think it was in the 50s (temp) when he did that, in his stock '02.

Yah, i've made 4 passes total now. 2 at Byron DRagway and 2 at Greatlakes Dragaway.

13.33 @ 102
13.38 @ 102

13.44 @ 103
13.52 @ 102

Both days it was about 50* and high barometer.

Hey:

Okay, so I probably have the slowest Lightning by a fairly considerable margin, then. I just looked at the NLOC list and it appears that noone on that list has a truck as slow as mine.

This bites.

Anyone else?

Thanks

Steve
