Yeah, Jeff was there Firday.

He got his a$$ handed to him by a cool BLUE L

Handed to him by .05 seconds.

It was very close. Would have been cool to see from the stands.(and very loud)

Jeff ran a 12.67 @ 107.35 and I ran a 12.62 @ 107.17.

I had a blast.

Hey Jeff, after you left I ran a 12.71 @ 106.71 on the STREET side.

Now Blown318 (Chris), thats another story. He was runnin damn NO-CLOCK all night.

Jason

Question

Hey all, just got back. Made 3 runs today the second one being my best of 13.5@101mph, with a 1.8 60ft on f-1's, the track was really hooking today. LXGuy ran too, but ill let him post his times. This was with basically a 6lb lower, and no chip, makes me think that a chip will really make a difference. Oh well, the L is still cheaper than any female that i know of, so on with the mods!! Later Shawn

I really would not run your truck with the 6# and no chip. You are looking to do some internal damage if you haven't already. Get a chip.

After i installed the chip, i checked the fuel trims with the wds at idle, and at wot going sown the road, and both were fine, a little leaner than it was stock, but within the parameters. I dont know if its in the timing, or tweeking of the fuel curve that does it, but ive been driving it daily for about 3 weeks with no drivability issues, or any other problems. Believe me, i checked the pids first thing, i don't find it very fun to put a motor in my truck unless i really have too. Fords waranty time pays jack**it, been there done that.

Well Shawn you have something seriousily wrong with your L. You have a 6lb pulley and your only running 13.5@101. There was an 00 L Friday at 41 that was stock except for a filter and he was running as quick as you and maybe a little faster. I'm not sure what kind of tech you are at Ford or what kind of scanning tools you were using but your combo is way out of wack...Have you looked at your plugs lately? Just curious...Good luck and I'm sure we will eventually see you at 41. Jeff
