20" tire sizes?

What size tire are you guys using on the 20's?

I plan on getting some 99'-00' replicas, and just wanted to see what brand and sizes are going to work......

Thanks guys,

295-40-20 is most common and won't affect your speedometer much at all.

295/40/20 is the closest matchup currently available. It is a slightly taller setup. There is nothing I have found after extensive search that will exacty match the stock setup. The ideal as far as tallness would be 305/35/20. Here is a link to a good tire/wheel calculator. Use column "B" for the larger wheel sizes as there are more selections available in the drop down menu. http://www.c5-corvette.com/tirecalc.htm

got this from that corvette site.

"If your speedometer has been calibrated for 295/45 R 18 tires, replacing them with 305/35 R 20's would result in the speedometer reading high by 0.17%."

Actual Speed Indicated Speed with Tire B Speedometer Error
5 mph (8.04 kph) 5.01 mph (8.06 kph) +0.01 mph (+0.01 kph)
10 mph (16.09 kph) 10.02 mph (16.12 kph) +0.02 mph (+0.03 kph)
15 mph (24.13 kph) 15.02 mph (24.18 kph) +0.02 mph (+0.04 kph)
20 mph (32.18 kph) 20.03 mph (32.23 kph) +0.03 mph (+0.05 kph)

and the list keeps going on. not too bad considering our speedos are off a few mph from the factory.

Ya, it would be the perfect tire for a 20 ' wheel. At 150 mph your speedo is off by only 1/4 mph, and at 100,000 your odometer is only off 166 miles, does not do spit to your tack or rear end gear ratio either. Now, if only some one would make that size in a HP speed rated tire. Akkk!!
