Im looking for opinions you fellas might have on the best exhaust system. I want a system that is gonna give me the best rumble for the buck. Will there be any power gain/lost with the system? I hear that the L exhaust is pretty well optimized for performance thats one reason I'm asking.....

if you want to gain some hp go with longtubes and either the bassani catback, jdms silver bullet, or some magnaflow 14416s. that whole setup regradless of what catback you use will cost you over 1k though. so if you dont want to spend that much then just choose one of the batbacks i listed before. you may gain a few ponies with just the catback but not as much as you would with some longtubes.

 

Look for a thread called 'exhaust backpressure'.
